The Closing Invitation — start wherever you are
Start with a conversation
Tell Jonathan what matters, what's getting in the way and what you'd like help understanding. It's a conversation, not a fitness test.
No. The point is to find an appropriate starting point and teach you what matters from there.
Nobody expects you to know the language or the exercises before you begin. Questions are a normal part of learning.
No. The Movement Experience combines one-to-one coaching with your Movement Story, Path, practical resources, feedback and community.
There are different one-to-one coaching rhythms, alongside tools you can use during a busy week. We begin with your actual circumstances.
We listen, discuss what you are experiencing and choose an appropriate starting point. Coaching does not replace clinical assessment where that is needed.
The main Movement website contains the current Hybrid, Regular and Complete coaching options and prices. You can also discuss which rhythm suits your life.
No. People can explore the community before deciding about coaching. Member-only benefits, such as complimentary Movement Club sessions within the Movement Experience, are explained separately.
It is a conversation about what matters to you, what feels difficult and where personal teaching might be useful. There is nothing to prove.
Learn it. Understand it. Use it for life.
